Heidi has worked in Early Learning and Child Care since 1999 and joined PNCC in September 2020. She is classified as an E.C.E. III and is the Preschool Program Supervisor. Heidi is committed to ongoing professional growth, continually building her knowledge, skills, and self-awareness to support high-quality practice.

She graduated from Assiniboine College in 2024 with a focus in Early Childhood Program Management. Heidi is also a member of the Manitoba Child Care Association’s Supervisor Committee.

Heidi is passionate about outdoor play and bringing nature into early learning environments, with a lifelong curiosity for bugs, tadpoles, and rocks. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and her dachshund, Doug.
