Lika has worked at PNCC since 2020, returning in a variety of roles after previously working with the centre and taking time away for her studies. She is currently the School Age Program Supervisor and is classified as an E.C.E. III.

She graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental Studies. Lika is committed to practices that enhance human dignity and is passionate about human rights, anti-bias education, and inclusive practice. She is an active member of the Manitoba Child Care Association’s School Age and Supervisor Committees.

Outside of work, Lika enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Toto.
