- Fill out the wait list questionnaire and email it to the centre to be added to our Wait List. Please include ‘Wait List’ in the email’s subject line.

- PNCC Educators
- Sibling: Child with sibling at PNCC
- Previous Child enrolled at PNCC
- Teacher/Staff: Westview School or John W. Gunn Middle School
