Hi, my name is Lindsay. I am an ECE II and have worked in the early learning and child care sector for the past 14 years. I am married and the proud mother of three beautiful daughters, ages 3 months, 7 years, and 19 years. My middle daughter spent four wonderful years at PNCC, which gave me firsthand experience of the positive impact the centre has on children and families.

I joined the Board of Directors to be a voice of support, encouragement, and advocacy for our early learning community. Our sector has faced many challenges over the years, and I believe child care centres and their leadership teams benefit greatly from strong community involvement and collaboration.

As an Assistant Director overseeing preschool and school-age programs, I bring practical leadership experience, a strong understanding of the child care sector, and a passion for supporting high-quality early learning environments. I look forward to contributing my knowledge, perspective, and commitment to helping PNCC continue to thrive for the children, families, and educators it serves.
