Makayla joined the PNCC team the summer of 2026. She is a Child Care Assistant (CCA) and had two years of experience working with children as a lunch supervisor prior to joining our team. Makayla is kind, patient, and empathetic and enjoys creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment where children feel supported and encouraged to learn and grow. She is passionate about working with children and is excited to continue building her career in Early Learning and Child Care while making a positive impact on children and their families.
