Mikaela is a Child Care Assistant who completed her 40-hour course through Assiniboine College and joined Prairie Nature Children’s Centre in September 2025.

She brings several summers of experience working with children ages 5-12 through a local drop-in program, where she worked as both an assistant and program leader. These experiences have supported her passion for helping children learn, grow, and explore the world around them.

Outside of work, Mikaela enjoys camping, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
