Nataliia is a Child Care Assistant who joined the PNCC team in July 2023. She was born in Ukraine and holds a teaching degree, with previous experience working with kindergarten-aged children in a school setting there.

She brings strong pedagogical knowledge and uses quality, play-based approaches in her practice. Nataliia is kind, nurturing, and caring with all children in her program and builds strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
