Simar has worked in Early Learning and Child Care since 2017 and joined the PNCC team in February 2026. She brings hands-on experience supporting children’s safety, development, and daily routines, along with a sense of humour that adds warmth and joy to the program. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, play, and grow with confidence.

Her goal is to ensure every child feels happy, supported, and valued each day.
